Creekshire is outside of the Charlotte city limits in a section of unincorporated Mecklenburg County most commonly known as the Steele Creek area. This unincorporated area has a Charlotte address because it is assigned the zip code from the nearest post office, which is the 28278 Charlotte zip code.

How do I get involved in the community?

If you’re a reader, join the Creekshire Book Club. Or you can join our social committee! Volunteers plan year-round gatherings for the community.

To note, there is a Little Free Library located near the entrance to our Community Pool [ 13016 Hunting Birds Lane ] where you can grab a book on your way to the pool! Take one, leave one, and share.

What are the pool hours and rules?

All rules and regulations, including pool hours, are accessible in CAMS.

Are garage sales allowed?

Every homeowner is allowed to have two [ 2 ] garage sales per year. Homeowners can have one independent garage sale and also participate in the community’s event every year. Be on the lookout for posting in CAMS and Facebook.

What if I want to make changes to my existing landscaping?

Before adding/cutting/removing trees and shrubs, garden ornaments, gravel, pavestones, or any other landscaping changes, visit the owner’s portal and submit an architectural review form. Consult with Creekshire’s Rules and Regulations.
